Self-Assessments

Understanding how your loved one’s addiction and mental health disorder is affecting you and your family helps can help you decide what to focus on during your CRAFT Connect study. So that we can better help you, before signing up for a family support, skills training or women’s support group, attending your first online meeting or one-on-one counseling session we strongly recommend you complete these self-assessments.

Once you have decided what kind of help you need, to join an online CRAFT Connect group by filling out the Sign Up Form.
